How the Returns Process Works:
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Upon receiving your request, we will provide step-by-step instructions for returning your order. Repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it remains in the original condition. Once we receive your return, we will replace or refund the order, covering any shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 28 days.
Important Return Information:
Keep proof of postage for returned items, as we cannot consider claims for goods lost in transit without it. The '14 day guarantee' does not apply to business customers, covering only faulty workmanship or damage during transit. Shipping costs for orders outside the UK are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged. We offer replacements, not exchanges, for returned items.
